Handy GPS and Compass App Reviews

I recently downloaded this app and have been blown away by its accuracy and ease of use. It offers everything you could need in a personal gps/compass and I have taken it with me everytime I have been riding. It is definately a great buy. -Detto

opens up quickly like the weather app and the map on the bottom is useful to see whats close to you. i highly recommend it for when you want a quick way to email someone where you are. needs some polishing on the overall look, but everything else works as advertised.

Performs exactly as advertised. Fast, easy to use. Takes a little travel distance on the non-s iPhone to register direction and speed, but overall, a pleasure to use.

This program is lame and not worth the money. The compass doesnt work and it is slow. It is clearly designed for the new phone and doesnt work well with the 3g

I purchased and installed this ap do not waiste your time with it if this was free I would still rate it as junk

lat and lon pop right up, compass has yet to move or work in any way. whats the trick to get it to work?

A friend told me to download this app to my new 3GS. I saw the other GPS apps, but found this one better because it provides a clear view of a lot of information, and the geocoder thing is cool. I highly recommend this app because its easy and fast and its only a buck.

Nice little app. The last update made it work better. I like having the app open while I drive and see myself move on the minimap and see the zip codes change while I drive around the city.

Nice and Easy all I can say. The slidy thing on the bottom is a little choppy some times on my iPhone 3G, but once you slide to the "slide" you want, its all smooth, including the map rotation, which gives us 3g users a little of the map rotation 3gs users have. Waiting to see if future updates address the choppiness.

This app is one of the worst damn app I have ever payed for as far as I experienced it with my I phone 3g it was bogus dont buy dont recomend it rip off big time it says Im in the same place no matter were I am REAL BAD

been using this for a while for the email sharing, and this last update seems to make it so the location is gotten faster and the email message is more "detailed". also love the battery meter on my 3g, i dont have to buy a battery meter app cause this has one.

this thing finally works, it wasnt worth the 1 dollar but now it works and its worth 1 dollar

handy little app that works as advertised. neat interface with some customization and works even better with this upgrade

i never review apps, but im making an exception. when i downloaded this app, itunes said it was 1.1mb, now this upgrade is 0.6mb, which to me looks like a lot of optimization happened because it has a new feature yet smaller size. props to the developer

WOW! This app works just like promised. I have a 3G phone and other than the limits set by the phone, this app works great.

This app looked promising, but the actual compass portion doesnt work on a 3G phone. It is probably a great app on 3Gs.

It would be cool if the compass worked. Even if they took the compass out and put in some other cool gig in its place. Having the battery life gauge right there is handy and I like the look, just fix the compass! A 3 as it is but a 5 when fixed.

I have been using app for a week and find it very usefull. Accuracy is comperable with other devices I have used in the past. The compass is a bit slow to respond but for my use that is ok. All in all a great app.
